
Small Group Sessions
Small group sessions will be 70 minutes. These sessions will improve the athlete’s overall fundamentals and offensive skill set. Ages 10-18.
Workouts will enhance decision-making, master in-game situations, and refine the overall offensive mindset. Our meticulously designed sessions focus on ball handling, footwork, agility, speed, shooting, and intentional ball that will increase the athlete’s confidence while attacking the basket. Beyond physical skills, we instill mental toughness, creating resilient athletes ready to conquer any challenge.
