
Personal Sessions
Personal (1 on 1) sessions will be a duration of 60 minutes. These sessions will improve the athletes’ overall fundamentals and offensive skill set. Lessons will be tailored to each athlete and offered to all skill levels. Ages 6-18
Workouts:
Ball Handling and Footwork: The ball-handling workout will include stationary and full-court dribbling, two-ball dribbling, and intentional dribbling that apply directly to in-game situations. Drills will also consist of medicine balls and agility to improve quickness and speed.
Shooting: This will be a shooting workout that will break down and teach correct shooting mechanics. Training will also improve shooting off the catch, the dribble, dribbling moves, and overall improved shooting footwork.
Combination: This basketball training workout will include ball handling, shooting, and individual scoring.
